Recruitment and selection

During the recruitment and selection process we prefer to recruit professionals who speak a second language and have a university/college degree. These applicants either answer our job advertisement or upload their resumes in the database, and we also have candidates whom we have got to know during the course of our business.

Along with our client we determine the requirements the candidate has to meet and then we prepare the detailed job description used as a base to begin the recruitment process.
Recruitment and selectionWe also prepare the job advertisement to be posted on the internet. The next step is to check our own and our partners’ resumes database. Then we contact the candidates who applied for a job advertisement or whom we selected from the database and we assess if they meet our client’s requirements. In case an applicant meets the requirements we inform the candidate about the position.

From those whom we have interviewed over the phone we select the most suitable ones and invite them for a face-to-face interview.

During our meeting we prepare a structured interview with the candidate, we evaluate their career path, personality and management skills depending on the position. We introduce the company to the candidate if their information is public and if we find that the candidate is suitable for the position.

We prepare a short summary about the candidate and give recommendations to our client whether the candidate matches the job profile. After closing the interview process we prepare a short list – either with our client’s cooperation or relying on our own expertise and experience – and we organize the interviews with our clients. Upon request we will participate in the client-candidate interviews and help select the final candidate.

Upon request we may also participate in the recruitment closing process and in the discussions with the selected candidate.
